some of the money they keep some to buy tisues to cry in you can still donate you dont need a middle man i lost all respect for firemen ill give them the one finger sulute i have my own hose and a huydrent in front of my house so i dont need them

Silence after 10 PM. Is it too much to ask? Gorham St around Union St is like hell every weekend after 2AM, from Thursday to Saturday. Police has sort of a full time job trying to chase prostitutes, and loud people fightting and screaming through the night, while hard worker neighbors have to put up with it and shut up, or suffer the consequences. In these days, instead of the business owner taking care of it, the neighbors have to clean up the mess, from bottles, paper bags, NEEDLES, and all kind of garbage. Why us this place allowed to keep open when all others are closed? If one calls the hot line in LPD, He or She will have to face with operators menaces, such as: DO YOU WANT THAT WE SEND A OFFICER TO YOUR DOOR? Of course it is like raising a flag, and telling the outlaws at your door, who is complaining, and then face the repercussions.
It is about time, someone in the City, or the police Department should take care of the community around this place.

The charity is MDA, Muscular Dystrophy Association, not MS which is Multiple Sclerosis

The organizers of the parade are lacking common sense if they just expect people to show up and march in the parade. If they do that next time they may have a group like those in Beverly Farms come.

why doesnt lowell have fios, would create a great competition for comcast and maybe the rates lower. prices horrible and service as well

You joined July 1st, whatever year. You have 1300 post. Get a life! The firefighters, police, teachers, DPW, whatever!. They are all under appreciated in every town. I a an employee of a public company but my father was a municipal employee for 35 years. If you don't like it, take a civil service exam or apply for the job. Can you take the pay cut to serve the disrespectful residents of the community you will serve.
