Ridiculous just delete the emails and unwanted text. Others simple change the phone number when they want to stop unwanted call or solicitations.
If everyone was arrested for sending undesirable messages, promotional marketing and internet itself would stagnate. In some regards not a bad idea. Curious if she ever communicated for him to cease and desist.
Does this mean receiving an anonymous love notes is a crime too. Maybe never put your feelings in writing or suffer litigation.
A woman at a club last week sent a note over through the bartender, she was never charged.
Sure harassment should never be accepted but is this case here? Understand if the subject matter was threatening but the action alone seems no warrant arrest.
