I don't think so. I thought he came up for parole a yr ago, but it was denied.

Yes but to what degree, she didn't actually pull the trigger.

But she coerced a young kid to do it for her and told him not to stain her rug.
Not only did she cause the murder of her husband, she ruined the lives of these young kids she lured into her web.
Poster child for the death Penalty. IMO.

Like I said she is guilty, and nobody put a gun to those kids heads to do it.

You're right. She "seduced" them by giving them a place to hang, letting one of the girls think she was her best friend, and got one of the kids to think she was in love with him.
Kids that young are easy to target.. and she did.
I have compassion for the kids, not for her.

There is simply no logic here. She is guilty by association and the DA exploited this, but she did not pull the trigger. Because your a teen does not give you the right to commit murder. That is what's wrong with society children have no up bringing, no values taught.

If this was your son how much compassion would you have for these kids? Wow you have a thing for killers don't you?

No proof she had anything to do with the murder. Yes, it must be illegal for a teacher to have an affair with a student, but 20 years in prison is more than a lot of people get for actually killing someone. I'd like to see her get out.

She does. She said in another thread she was fantasizing about her friend wanting to kill her son in a washing machine. No joke. This was a few weeks ago.

Can Gregg Smart be paroled out of his grave? No parole for these scumbags, let them rot in jail.

You're an idiot. You took the whole thing out of context. Oh wait, maybe that was your intention.
We were talking about that kid Nathan who stabbed his stepfather.. plunging a knife into him over and over and you thought "poor Nathan" and I thought "poster child for abortion". Stepdad could have died and you'd be worrying that "poor Nathan's life is ruined.
I bet you think you're entitled to stab your parents if you don't get what you want.

If it was my son, I'd be sure Pam Smart never saw the outside of a jail cell.
I would also have paid attention at the trial and realized that she victimized those kids. But back then, you couldn't even read, could you? Now you're too lazy to even do any research before spouting off.
Admit it. You're one of those selfish leeches who expects their parents to meet every whim.
It shows through every one of your posts.

It's called murder for hire and carries the same penalty as the crime itself. More, in fact.
The price she paid was a promise of sex and love to a young kid who believed her.
She even promised the group stuff from the house and asked them not to get blood on her white carpet.

You are right. But the shooter is remorseful and not pretending to be innocent. Pamela was pretending she had nothing to do with it, but they had tapes that told a different story. She is not remorseful. She is still lying.
William Flynn is incarcerated at the Maine State Prison in Warren, where he earned his GED, has been active in charity work and worked as an electrician at the prison. In 2007, Flynn sought a sentence reduction after serving 16 years, stating that he had vowed not to do so until he had spent as many years behind bars as he had spent free. He also apologized to Gregg Smart's family for murdering him.

Killings do not happen in a void. There are reasons, called motives.
You have heard of "justifiable homicide", haven't you? It's been a successful defense in many a murder trial.
You need to wake up and learn something.
Pamela Smart did not like it when her husband decided to get his hair cut for his new job selling life insurance. He was no longer cool.
This was her motive. Now you want to say she's "innocent" because she did not pull the trigger.
You're sick.

Me too. Then I want to see her come after you and get out of jail because she's suffered so much.
