Bedford residents could consider making endangered species condoms available so as to prevent pregnancies and an increase in the population, which will only add to the growing problem of what to do with all that sewage. humans produce sewage, so it stands to reason that an inexpensive condom is the most cost effective way of reducing the sewage. $5 for a box of condoms prevents a life time of sewage-compare that to 54 million for a new sewer system and infrastructure. Using birth control is much more cost effective-and it doesn't stink either.
