I have NEVER had a problem with Diane. She is a wonderful hair dresser. She knows what she is doing and you dont have to sit and wait through all the chit chat when you usually go to a salon. You are in and out.

Sounds like a real "fun" experience. I am surprised she has a clientele, no talking just chop and go!! You are doing wonders for her business.
