I know they have a big fat waiting list. And I have also heard that they are really nice. I have also heard that they are very expensive.

Acutally the really are not that bad. The friend that I had living there only paid 330 a month and that is with her and her husband bringing in about 4,000 a month so really i dont think that is to bad

I know someone who useto live there, they had spiders really bad and mold. They finlly replaced the wall but that was all no spraying or anything. I hear several people have had problems from the property manager. Cranberry woods are much nicer and they have a pool and a community room that is really nice for birthday partys and gatherings that residence use for free. There location is a little more convienint as well. Good luck in the appt. hunting. Or now is the time to buy a house, if you would rather put your money where it will build equity. Good luck

This place is a disaster.. there are people creeping around all hours of the night ,and a ton of drug activity.. a lot of the parents don't watch there kids so therefore they will tear up your vehicles with bikes and you can't have nothing nice cause it gets destroyed also.. the Manager does NOTHING to get the complex under control... It's a train wreck

If you have complaints, Oakmont Greene is a tax credit (federally funded) apartment complex.(not Section 8/HUD) You need to address your complaints to the Attorney General first. You may also call the WV Housing Fund in Charleston & ask for (or Google) the number for "Spectrum" who does the compliance reviews & inspections for L.I.H.T.C.(low income housing tax credit) apartments, and address your issues & complaints with them. They WILL follow up!! You call also call the owner (Woda Management, but it doesn't help).

Last line should've read: You can also call the owner (Woda Management, but it doesn't help). Sorry...typing too fast!
