do they do strictly diet pills or other types of weight loss?

Anyone that I have EVER KNOWN to go there have been given a 1 month supply of Phetermine...which is a diet pill. They don't write a script out for it, which is so unusual for a clinic anyway. Instead, they GIVE you a bottle while you are there. The price you pay is just crazy!

I've been there. You are correct. You get pre-measured bottle of Phentermine, or Phentermetrizine, and they try to sell you pre-measured B-12 shots. Its about $200 a month. Astronomical. I just couldn't afford it. Is there a MD that will write the stuff cheaper in the area? I mean, it DOES WORK, but why lose if you are going to be bankrupt.

Most family doctors will write it if you really are in need...but I still suggest changing to a healthier lifestyle and trying that first.

You will gain the weight back if you go back to eatting unhealthy and not excercising. While you are taking the medication you are supposed to be making lifestyle changes that pertain to excercise and makin healthier food choices. If you maintain that even after stopping the medication you should be fine.

its not $200 a month its $110 a month and its worth it when nothing else works.

It is $100.00 a month for the pills,visit, and shot. But they do have coupons my last visit was $63.00 with the coupon. I lost 63 pounds 3 years ago on this program but I have hit 40 and gained about 15 pounds so I has started back.

Not being smart azz, but anyone who uses the name "Pretty Phat Girl" on a weight loss thread is in denial. Fat and Phat mean two different things, in fact when a girl is called "phat" they are ususally very skinny. Something tells me this person is very mixed up and confused about self image. They want to lose weight but are calling themself a "Pretty Phat Girl". Fat is never attactive and some people are so in denail you can't even say the word "fat" around them because they are so overly sensitive. One thing I have learned about fat girls is that a LOT of them are so jealous of skinny girls or girls with a good body that they actually hate them or can't stand to even be around them. Denial is a sad thing.

Try exercise for 60 minutes a day in which you actually sweat. Plus remove refined sugars from your diet because it is an appetite stimulate.

The price you pay is not bad it is worth it! The price ranges from $65-$120 with the coupons it is even cheaper then that! I have been going for four months and have lost 50lbs. I feel so much better about myself and easier on my heart! As far as gaining the weight back you won't if you don't go back to old eating habits continue the eating habits like you are doing now and excercising and you will keep the weight off!!!

So apparently since the pills were addictive and had so many drawbacks, they do an injection therapy now with the drug adenosine. Has anyone been doing this and does it help?
