Stupid place has always been mis-managed! Uneducated, unqualified people holding positions that require a brain - the HR dept is a prime example of that, past and present. And thank God that Patty Williams finally got the boot - that was way past due. Leaving, and not for GCS was the best decision I ever made!!

No the one I'm talking about IS the one that pretty much knows how to do the job. That's the problem. It's one of the few good ones we have left. I still haven't gotten confirmation on it though. And PW...well...she was really good at making herself look useful, without being useful. That I can agree with.
But this supervisor is a real asset and would be a shame if it was true.

Well it has been confirmed that Pam Farmer quit, Tara has either been let go or has given her notice and Ann Milam will be going to evenings. The topper to all of this is that they have made Lorie Pegrem a supervisor and demoted Lisa Church. Pegrem will have Ann's team and they have split Lisa's team up already. That is my understanding. No formal announcements have been made yet but we have already gotten the news.

The place is going to hell. They have brought over from global supervisors and are paying them more than they are they supervisors that have been with TRGIS for years.

I think they need a lesson in ethics. Just because they are coming from global does not mean they are better. Look at the one they call house. While at global they took him off of the mentor program because he didnt know how to do his job. now he is a supervisor at TRGIS. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I agree that it has always been mismanaged. It wasnt mismanaged in the beginning. It was a fairly decent place to work, I have been there since almost the beginning. I had to get my insurance license before they would hire me. It was managed good then. Over the years I have seen it go to hell.

Doesn't surprise me about the pay being higher for the "ship jumpers". Telehell did it before when alot of the agents left for GCS and then wanted to come back. They were offered a nice raise to come back and those of us that remained loyal got screwed! Bend on over and apply the vaseline, you are gonna need it if you keep on working there..........

It's ridiculous! I've worked with the one for years, and years, and this just isn't right! She got screwed and no one cares. You know that means they don't care about us either like they love to preach they do. BH being the golden boy, is a sham. I know both supervisors will be better off, but still, where does that leave us???

I talked to Tara. They let her go early because she was supposedly depressing the floor? What kind of crap is that? It's depressing that there are insurance agents coming from across town making more than me, and I have 16 licenses!! And the work we have sucks! Let's not mention upper management (especially ops) being a total b*tch the past month or so. Blaming her was an excuse. And It is a sad one at that. You're right, Jennifer and Russchelle are the only ones left that are worth anything. and Lori? don't trust her whatever you do. She is known to backstab, gossip, etc. Which pretty much fits in with the rest of them.
The only reason I'm staying for now is because Tara told me not to leave on her account. I was going to. it's not right, and it's dirty. I am looking for something else. As soon as I do I'm gone. I can't work for people who treat their staff like that. I hate to see them go, and deal with the ones we have left. It's worse now than it has been in a long time. They just wrote up all of us on nightshift for stupid stuff, and they don't even knokw what they're doing! They said the system starts paying as soon as we hit the start button. Any idiot can see it doesn't. Oh wait. they got rid of the smart managers who knew how that stuff worked. My bad.

I've kept pretty quiet, until now. I mean no disrespect. However,why not address the "concerns" here? Or come for a visit? we've not seen you for months. I'm sure all you want to know is who we are so we can be rubbed out like the other people being let go. These ARE legitimate concerns to US. Maybe not to you, The only thing that affects you is the bottom line profit we serfs can make you. A lot of these people are family to us, and are getting treated like crap. I've worked for that center since it was open, just about. And I've worked for you since you've owned it. But not once have I seen anyone truly care about the employees and supervisors in the past year. You just lost one of your most senior supervisors, when she would have never left if anyone would have treated her with half decent respect; instead she was forced to resign and then treated like sh*t on the floor in front of everyone, until they kicked her out. my shift is ran with nothing but new supervisors who do not know a thing. and one of your most senior validators walked out the door after putting 12 years in, just like me, with 11. you're losing tenured agents, yet we're "whining". I bet my paycheck you could care less about any of these things. It was all "better oppurtunity and business decisions to make it better". We know the ropes. There are at least 4 agents who came from GCS that make what I do, after all the time I put in being loyal. Same as other agents, and supervisors. Yet we all have gotten nothing but mistreated and thrown over for them. I'm not dumb. You're not going to get an email from me so you can find a reason to fire me and replace me with a Global agent. I'd rather go over there first.

And the truth is that bottom line, management is only looking out for themselves. I don't like it by any means but that's just life pissing in your cheerios. I was beginning to believe this site would just die out because no one was willing to address real issues. There was a lot of rah-rah but not a lot of substance. Anytime anyone would bring up a concern no one else really said anything about it. I have worked at both establishments and have never seen two bigger pits of crap calling themselves telemarketing companies. The management knows the economy in our area holds many virtually prisoner. Tony, I don't know you, but you are getting your butt kicked by people who are finally fed up and are not afraid to say so. I would like to say I am proud of those who are willing to voice their discontent. EVERYONE should weigh in on the subject and let's see where you stand after that. I have a feeling Beckley will not be silent.

I have never worked at this place, however, I do know people who have and from what I understand, there is noone there holding a gun to the employees' heads making them continue to work there. My advice is that if you are that unhappy anywhere you work, you probably shouldn't work there. Furthermore, anyone who has nothing better to do with their off time than sit on the computer and complain about their job really needs to find a real hobby and get a life.

Any of you Licensed Agents CAN infact go to insurance agencies and work or become appointed with companies were YOU are your own boss! So if your not unhappy, it will be with yourself.

You CAN actually change career paths and get out of telemarketing completely! Yes I know, the pay is good, but at what expense?

Telemarketing has it's own set of rules no matter what company you work for, regardless of the state even. You either deal with it or move forward somewhere else.

Right. I can completely understand that. A lot of these people have put in over a decade in there. I'd feel the same, considering I've worked my job for over 10 years. As for venting here, did you ever think that maybe these people don't have anywhere else to vent at? From the sound of it their management doesn't want to listen. Where else can they let the steam off? Without repercussions? Granted there is a lot of idiocy on this forum, but it is also a good place to let go of that frustration and be anonymous while doing so. I applaud these people for standing up for themselves if it's as bad as they say. As for the ones who are leaving, good for them to move on to something else.

Please note that there is no answer from the CEO. Looks like I'm keeping my paycheck this time around. What some of you apparently don't understand is that we've worked with these people and this company for years. Yes, we have a choice to go somewhere else. And some have made that choice. So when things like what is going on now happen, we want to fix it, not abandon it like most people do. It may come down to a mass exodus of those of us who can't take it anymore. It may not.
But in the meantime, we can discuss it here, as Heartless stated, without any repurcussions. I know for a fact if they knew who we were we'd be saying good bye to that place, forcefully.
There is BS with any employer. But with TRG now, it's at a ridiculous level. Good people are leaving, and it upsets us. Especially when they've been there for so long, and were the only thing between us and the bad decisions management wants to make.

OMG! I havent been on here for awhile and was told to come read it. I guess we are bashing TRGIS now, a few months back it is GCS bashing.

Of course we are all upset and aggravated with the recent changes, the higher pay going to GCS people who have come over to TRGIS. Is it fair, no it is not, can we do anything about, no we cannot. This game of trading agents from TRG and GCS has been going on since GCS became a company. They will pay higher for Trg agents and in return TRG will pay higher for GCS agents. It is competition.

I think you may be quite mistaken about Lori and Bryan. I agree that Lisa Church should still be a supervisor but WE do not have all the facts to that situation and frankly it is none of our business unless Lisa or management wants us to know. Lisa was a great supervisor and did care about her team and other employees. If you are still making under $7 then there is something wrong there. Because if I am not mistaken when min. wage went up if you were not making that amount you were bumped up to that amount. If your paycheck does not reflect that then you need to go talk to payroll and get it fixed.

I dont think it is wise of you or anyone to accuse Lori of having an affair with Brian. If it is true then it is true. If it is not then you could be hurting people that do not deserve to be hurt. Go tell her husband? What will that accomplish? Nothing but destroying a marriage oversomething that may or may not be true.

If you go spreading rumors such as that then you are just as moralely corrupt as you say the rest are. I am sure you know who I am, most people do, come talk to me if you have an issue with what I am saying and dont hide behind your keyboard. If you dont know who I am then ask and I will tell you myself.
