Well let me repeat. The person making the assertion has the burden to prove it. not the other way around. It's not my burden to prove it's yours. Using your logic I am accusing you if being a cocaine dealer. Now prove that your not.

But since you are slow and have come late to the game I will simply tell you..AGAIN..that NEMSA has 6,000 members and not a single members has paid a dime until they ratified a contract. Now it's up to you to prove me wrong. Cmon, we expected so much more from you. You couldn't even have at least found a good Nemsa hater out there to lie for you? Do you want us to see if we can find one for you?

Didn't say you were a used car salesman just said you sounded like one!! You say there will be no dues till a contract is signed i just simply asked for proof! That's all you are the one who says that not me, you made the assertion so as you posted you have 'the burden to prove it'. Would be nice if the union could 'prove' that they can deliver on the promises they are paying you to make!

Sick of the union talk is right! You were the one who made the assertion that "the union will not charge us dues until we approve a contract." YOU made the assertion, YOU have to PROVE it to us. WE don't have to prove it to you! That doesn't even make sense-YOU make a claim, then we have to PROVE you're correct? You may have expected more from us, but we expected a better argument from you.

Spoke with Jason at SEIU local( 1199/505) yesterday in Huntington Wv. He told me they never paid dues until they had their contract on the table and asked anyone to call him if they would like to have that verified by him. Here you go! he also told me that NEMSA is following the same principals as SEIU to get their backing and financial support. His exact words, NEMSA is stronger now that they ever were.He said there were some problems many years ago, but NEMSA has the backing of US (SEIU) and they will grow and prosper. I know you will turn this around like you did to Mr. Redbone and the rest of the union supporters, but I have your proof and here if you want to call and ask them. Oh ya, he also asked when the union was ready to certify and/or get rolling, he would send some folks up to help hand out cards or what ever it takes. Just a thought. he said he would have his guys stand outside every hospital and medical building or Mc Donalds for that matter to help get the cards signed. He said the Union helped them greatly and they wish they did it sooner. Give him a call, its on the website.

OK! Great, SEIU members didn't have to pay dues during negotiations! SEIU is NOT NEMSA, however! Just because SEIU doesn't require dues during that period DOES NOT mean NEMSA will not require them, either!

"Nemsa is stronger now than they ever were..." Well, ok! What does that mean? They have SEIU's backing? Great! North Korea has China's "backing," too-They are outnumbered, they have to "back" each other even though the two countries don't like each other.

Finally, who is Jason? Where does he work? What's his position in the company, or union?

A union brings people together so they can make expert judgement's on their employment status. Unions offer many many services including scholarships for your children as one of their many benefits as a member. SEIU gave $5000.00 away to one union member for their sick child. NEMSA/SEIU/NAGE all get to take advantage of these benefits. Check it out:

I back my info up with fact and links to my information, Something insider and the union blockers DON'T do.

Redbone, you back up your "claims" about NEMSA's benefits with NEMSA's OWN WEBSITE! Of course they are going to say, "look at all the great STUFF we can get you!" They will NEVER say, "vote us in because we'll get you a crappy contract you can't get out of and charge you hundreds of dollars a year to represent you!" See the anti-NEMSA people on here have cited numerous sources from OTHER, MORE RELIABLE websites-the Dept. of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Office of Labor Management, to name a few. You have only given us NEMSA.com and "Weingarten Rights" on wikipedia. Is it really THAT HARD to see why no one buys into your arguments? I'm gonna give you a suggestion; CITE OTHER WEBSITES THAT TALK ABOUT HOW "GREAT" NEMSA IS, if, that is, they exist! You are either incredibly naive or blatantly dishonest. Regardless of the answer, we really need to question OUR reliance on you for true and accurate information!

And where exactly on the DOL site or the Nlrb site do they talk about NEMSA's contracts? I said this before and I'll say it again, I could give two craps about officer elections and what their reps get paid. I care about what they can do at the table. And that is in the contracts. Black and white letter EMPLOYER singed contracts. Nothing else matters because we don't pay unless we get a good contract.

Oh, they don't talk about NEMSA's contracts on either site. They're too busy reporting on its fraudulent elections, massive debt, corrupt board members, unfair labor practices, frivolous lawsuits, and the NLRB's ongoing investigations. They don't have the time or space to mention NEMSA's sub-par "contracts."

And your point is? Get back to me when you actually find convictions or findings by a court of ANY thing you are accusing NEMSA of. Where are there any actions taken by a single court against NEMSA or any of it's officers? You can't find even ONE! All you have are "allegations" and "investigations" JC has been under investigations several times for medicare fraud, billing fraud, etc. and is in fact being investigated currently. As much as you love Obama and his ways, this is still the U.S. and the law in this country for over 200 years has been "innocent until proven guilty". I know you and the Cornetts believe the sun rises and sets on their own and Obama's Fascist ant-american butt, but that doesn't change the law.

It's really easy. NEMSA contracts: EMT =$25/hour JC EMT =$7.50/Hr Benefits = 90% employer Paid JC = 50% employer paid. NEMSA contract = Guaranteed raises EVERY Year JC = No raises. Etc. etc. etc. This is the stuff you JC company sucks refuse to address, instead you go onto websites and find "accusations" and "investigations" of boogie men and evil doers at NEMSA, but ZERO court rulings. But what you really want to is to keep NEMSA our because they achieve higher wages and benefits for EVERY member that has ever joined NEMSA WITHOUT exception. AND they do it ALL before anyone ever pays ANYTHING.

My, my, my! I don't even know where to begin! You obviously have not bothered to click on any of the previous links I've posted. If you had, you would have seen that NEMSA has PLEADED GUILTY to election fraud and was forced to hold new elections. That's why your buddy Torren Colcord is no longer president. He broke the law, he pleaded it down, and he agreed to resign the presidency! For your sake, I'll post the links again. Start with the first one and work your way down. If you would like me to read them to you just let me know:

http://www.dol.gov/olms/regs/compliance/civil...
http://www.dol.gov/olms/regs/compliance/annua...
http://www.dol.gov/olms/regs/compliance/civil...

Secondly, Jan-Care HAS NEVER been investigated for medicare or billing fraud. Medicare has done audits (which they do every so often) but we have never been under investigation for ANYTHING related to billing. We certainly are not under investigation right now, either. You're grasping at straws.

Finally, I find it hysterically funny that you accuse MANAGEMENT and the CORNETTS of being pro-Obama. I'm not sure where you got that idea! I guess all those unions that supported ROMNEY during the last election-oh, no, wait-the unions supported OBAMA!! That's right! Unions are pro-Democrat, pro-Obama because he granted them all those exemptions to the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare)!! Jan-Care, unfortunately, is still subject to this socialist law, though. So it actually makes MORE sense that YOU would be pro-Obama before JC!! Right?

If you honestly believe that JC will EVER be able to afford to give you $25/hr, 90% employer-paid insurance, and guaranteed raises every year you are living in a complete and total state of denial! This isn't California. WV's economy is well below the national average (something I've pointed out in previous posts with links to data, etc.-obviously you didnt' read those, either). There simply isn't enough money to give YOU what YOU think YOU deserve.

Btw, raises tend to be given for doing a job well. Maybe you haven't received one because you don't care about your job. Maybe you complain about the calls you're dispatched. Maybe you only half-care about the patient because you "really didn't want this call anyway." Maybe you think that the world OWES you something and that comes across when you deal with your patients and coworkers. Maybe your whole attitude sucks because you don't feel like you get the respect you DESERVE. I've never even met you and I feel like that's a pretty good description of you. Just sayin'...

"Dumbass!" How does he do it, ladies and gentlemen? How does he do it? Name-calling! Classic!

By the way, could you post the link to the site that claims the Cornett family donates "exclusively" to Democrats? I'm having a hard time verifying that claim (and all your others for that matter).
