RE-Zoning

[Heard a story]

I heard that the Eplings built a large house upon Maxwell Hill and are building another one down below it and now someone stated they read an article in the Beckley paper that they were wanting to Re-Zone Maxwell Hill Area ?

Just what Zone do they want ? Isn't it a Residential area only ?

Are there only two Zones Residential and Commercial ?

Are they wanting to start a business on Maxwell Hill as well ?

I know a Matt Epling is always on this site , it seems , so can you answer what are your parents upto now ?

Let us in on this plan and how it will affect the people in that area, like the stadium does on Ragland Road, Stanaford area ?

"A motion was also passed for annexation of property in Maxwell Hill owned by Doug and Linda Epling."

Also a re-zoning was done on Harper road for Rahall and they are going to be allowing a business to be built near the residential area there. It allows Rahall to keep his home in the residential section by forces the commercial zoning further down that affesct his neighbors and not him.

Not sure what the Epling annexation idea is, it is not explained, but money talks in Beckley, nothing or no one else matters.

They are like many they have money and think everyone else should move out of their way because they have it.
Their Mansion on Maxwell Hill is simply not enough, they want to own it all or at least have control of it all, would be my guess.
