I am an older handicaped gentleman with a family who just returned from our hometown Walmart.
I parked briefly outside the front walk with hazards on in order to return a large high def TV. After business was done, I'm returning to my vehicle. On my way out of the store, I'm stopped by a young woman who asked if I had any pills (dope), I told her that I don't do that. She proceeded to offer me a bj for money. I said no, I have a wife, and walked away. I t took me 10 minutes to get away from her. She proceeded to go to man, after man. I dialed 9-11 to inform the of our local walmart front of store activity. Meanwhile I guided a security officer to her at the door. What do know, I go back to my car parked outside on the walk of the store to reload my large item and I find another item on my windshield... a $20.00 PARKING TICKET! When I Passed the food center door again, she was let back into the store again. Question: Is It more important to issue a parking violation than to STOP prostitution and drugs at BECKLEY WALMART?

I understand that you might be handicap but the rules still apply to you. That is a loading zone only, which means no parking!
Also as far as the woman goes, if you feel Wal-Mart was not dealing properly with the situation, I suggest the next time you are there get the information for the district manager and contact them. This information is usually posted at customer service or the site to store area near the back of the store.

everyone stops there and loads up and unloads so why cant he. specially a handicap person. I know what he is getting at;it's not about him. I think its pathetic all these prositutes and druggies out here in our local stores around our kids and husbands and wives, etc and no one is stopping it. Some enforcement needs to be done!

If a prissy 16 year old chick had parked there and gotten a ticket no one would feel sorry for her, and they would tell her to stop whining. So to me age or disability doesnt matter. Also, is the chick hot? Does she accept Flintstones vitamins?

Flintstones vitamins.. lmao.. Maybe monopoly money as well?

As for the issue.. it's sad. Moved to a big city when I was younger... my first trip to the local Krogers gave me a welcome to what it was going to be like. There were 2 uniformed officers in the parking lot at all times. Go figure. They were there because people would jump you for your food, plus the prostitutes, drug dealers and all.. Glad to be back in WV.

Made me think of a hooker standing outside of a grocery store with a sign reading "will work for food"..

And as the woman above stated, Wal-Mart employees are more than happy to help take a television to your car and load it. No one should park there besides loading and unloading, meaning not leaving their car unattended which he clearly did when he stated that he came back OUT and had a ticket. Can't you read?

One of the things that you can do to stop this scurge is to become involed. Volunteer to assist whatever agency it is that you want to do the enforcement. They need people that are not afraid to step up and be a witness.
