Its not bad and its wireless. You have to sign a 2 year contract for monitoring and its 20 bucks a month.

How much is peace of mind worth? I'm pleased with my alarm systme and the peace of mind. Worth every penny.

Yes it does matter on what you want. How many windows, doors, motion detectors, and so forth. Call and speak with them.

The eoc monitors our alarm $180 a year and it goes straight to the 911 center no waiting on someone in California or Texas to call it in to them. Had no idea they offered their monitoring for so cheap had been paying $60 a month until I switched

Just be sure suddenlink has your stuff right. My sister just bought a security system from someone else because when calling 911 (phone is thru suddenlink) it connected her to the wrong county so the police could not find her. She called suddenlink several times where they were supposed to fix it and it still has never been fixed. It does no good to call 911 or have a security system if you can't get help. Good luck!!

Wr just recently purchased a system for my grandmother, her bill actually went down after we had it installed. She had cable & phone, & with adding the security system they bundled her plan so it's like she's getting it for free now. Great deal. & She sleeps much easier at night now.

I love my system from suddenlink! We checked out all the companies that service this area and they were the most reasonably priced. I hadn't heard about anything from the eoc I would like to check it out though!

My neighbors have their suddenlink cameras pointed at my doors and windows so they can spy on me thanks alot suddenlink for helping out a stalker

Had problem a while back with Suddenlink phone. Every night at 1:15 AM phone would go out. Would require manual reboot. This lasted months. Had repair techs out and everythings seemed fine. So they charged me for the call. Then time changed and the problem switched to 2:15. Suddenlink did not fix the problem. Finally discovered online that they needed to do a firmware update for the modem. Went to office and told them what to do. They called 10 minutes later and did the update. They acted on the phone like they solved the problem. Pathetic service.

Also have Suddenlink home security. Bought 3 wireless cameras. They only work in line of sight and no more than 15 feet from router. Paid over $100 per camera and Suddenlink has never offered to replace or refund them. If there are any walls between camera and router they don't work. Did not work on day of installation in other rooms and Suddenlink did not followup on problem. Do not buy their cameras.

Sry for the long delay, I appreciate your kindness however her home was broken into in the middle of the day and suddenlink has continued to be of no assistance. This isn't a problem only you should be able to fix it should be something anyone there can fix. My sister went elsewhere spent probably a couple grand to buy quality stuff and is very happy. She wouldn't wipe her a** with yalls service now, sorry. I know it's not you personally but suddenlink sux.
