I am sick of Seeing Coal Miners wearing their work clothes to Stores

I have 2 issues to air out. If you want to impress women go and buy you some decent clothes and take a damn shower before going to Wal- Marts. One more thing if you have to put a crawling coal miner sticker on your truck you are a shitty coal miner. You don't need a sticker to be a real coal miner.

1st. Some miners have to stop by walmart on their way home to get baby food or something. Not all stop to impress women.
2nd. Why does the stickers bother you so bad. Maybe they are proud that they are supporting their families without the gov. Whats wrong with having a sticker on their vehicle they paid for it not you.

Sounds to me you must be jealous ! A hard working man may be stoping at Wal-Marts on his way home to get something he needs while he is already out . A coal miner is proud of his type of work so he may use a sticker . He may have a good looking truck! My husband was a coal miner and I am very proud of that. Think again why are you looking at these men ?

Maybe there stopping to pick up there son or daughter a little toy or something sweet.
Maybe there wife didnt have the ingredient to make there favorite meal for when they came home and he had to stop and get it on his way home.
Maybe there single and are stopping to get there selves something to eat or maybe to get a cold beer to drink and relax in there favorite chair.
Or...
Maybe they are trying to pick up women, maybe they succeed, maybe they dont.
Personally, I have nothing but the utmost respect for any coal miner or hard working man for that matter.

I stop on my way home from work to pick up groceries, maybe medicine for my kids, or maybe I just want a little time to unwind before going home. I have been at work all day and still have my work clothes on. Even though I work in an office and wear nice work clothes, they are still my work clothes. Does that offend you?

Do you have a sticker that maybe says "my child is an honor student...." or a cheerleader with your childs name, football with you childs name or number, soccer ball with you childs names or number, or even better those cute little stickers that show the family members. There is nothing meant by any of the above, including the crawling miner, other than pride. Do you feel the same about the stickers that read "FRIENDS OF COAL".

Who said the miner was there to pick up women? If anyone is so said that they got to go to Wal-mart to pick up women they are in sad shape anyway.

Maybe we don't stand out like the miners because we are fortunate enough to work in an environment that is a little cleaner.

I am sick of the people who live off of charity and the govt coming to walmart in their designer clothing, while my husband pays wayyy to many taxes to keep them up. I think we should start a thread that we LOVE seeing all the nurses, mechanics, coal miners, etc... in their work clothes. It is a sign that our economy hasn't completely collapsed.

Just to clarify...I have absolutley no problem with a dirty coal miner...mmmm :-) I think that whoever started this post is a complete tard and probably doesn't even have a job...in regards to my earlier post...I was being sarcastic..saying that the poster might as well have said I don't want to see anyone in uniform shopping...which is completely ridiculous....A LOT of ppl make stops at the grocery store on their way home from work in uniform...dirty or not...who cares! I have tons of respect for our miners and others that work hard to support their families...nothing like that dirty face and coal rimmed eyes...I think its kind of sexy...then again I am a country girl :-D
