Appears that everyone that knows this idiot was aware he is crazier than a "S" house rat.. He has a history of nutty behavior....He killed the neighbors dog with a lead pipe for one thing.. YET, no one reported him, and if they did, did anyone follow up on it? These are the people who send up red flags BEFORE they do someting totally insane, but guess what?.....NO one will act UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE. Gun control is NOT the major problem, it is CRAZY people that is the problem.
