Penns Grove, Pedricktown homes, businesses welcome public today on house tour

The Historical Society of Penns Grove , Carneys Point and Oldmans will celebrate its 10th anniversary today with a special Homecoming Day Open House Tour from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The area was once known as Upper Penns Neck Township and got its beginning in 1721.
