I would like to get a rough idea of how many people would want to be actively involved with a Neighborhood Watch? I live on W Pitman St and see alot of Negative activities taking place daily. I don't want to sit by and be a spectator. If their are those out there whom feel the same way, please comment and lets get something started. Lets take an active role in making Penns Grove "better". A more positive place for our children and others to live and grow.
