I am so glad Emery Troyer did not get away with killing Jerry Colabine, he deserves to go to State Prison and stay there till he gets his head screwed on straight. He will never learn his lesson. He thinks it is a big joke that a life was taken that night. He has absolutely no remorse for killing another human being while drunk. He sat in that court room and kept looking back at the people and smiling and winking and making gestures to others. All he wanted was to keep out of state prison because he is afraid of what the big guys will do to him. He should have thought of that all the times he drove drunk and was taken home and put to bed by an officer of the law, that should have arrested him and sent his sorry butt to jail and maybe this would not have happened. He is going to where he deserves to go. People that drink and drive should be put away and stiffer laws need to take place that is the same with people that do drugs also, which I heard Emery does that also. These so called Mennonites think they are above the law and can do what they want and get away with it. They are no better than anyone else even though they think they are, they just hide behind their so called religion. God sees all and knows all, you can't hide from GOD.
