There should be no question here!!! At lest one cat killed (one must presume unprovoked) and tasted human blood. Animals continue ("bad") habits if they do not possess the intelligence to terminate that habit.

I think these are wild animals and all precautions must be taken for safety at all times...this was a very tragic accident and the cat does not need to be killed. Somehow, a mistake was made and the safety measures were not followed, resulting in this
poor young woman losing her life. So very sad!!!
