Beaverdam needs its own coffee house/tea shop

Can't anyone rebuild "Windchimes" on the tracks into a coffe shop, gathering place that is much needed in this area? I think we are ready. Perhaps someone can even bring back a little grocery store (Beaverdam version of Whole Foods), we have the talent and farmer resource...

When Terrell's Market was open, as well as Windchimes, there just wasn't enough continued support from the locals to keep them in business. Loads of folks talk about "the new place" that just opened, much to their delight, and how they love the idea of a local store. Initially there is quite a bit of business, curiousity seekers mainly, but when it comes to the long haul, the community support is just not there. People in the community have to support businesses in the community, or they will fold. Unlike the banks that get bailed out, small business owners are on their own.
