beavercreek clock repair

I took my Seth Thomas clock to my Toohey before Christmas 2012 and he had it "FIXED" in about a month.
I was charged $350.00.
It failed in two days.
I took it back because Mr. Toohey guarantees his work and he kept the clock for over 6 months.
Never once updating me on the status of the work.
Finally I began to call him and each time he had an excuse, wrong parts were sent, waiting on parts, wrong mechanisms were sent.....
So enough was enough from a man that would not call me or email me to let me know what was going on with my clock.
On the 21st of May we reached an agreement. He would return my clock and my money.
Then he left for a vacation.
Finally he returned the clock on the 29th of May. The was no time to DO anything in the way of repair but upon his arrival at my home Mr. Toohey said, "you won't believe this, it's fixed!".....
Since it's return it has been loosing a minute or so each day.
It's not "FIXED".
So I would tread carefully with Mr. Toohey.
A man is only as good as his word, after all. He can keep the clock he "fixed" and just return my money.
But now he won't answer emails or call me.
