Chantille's was to be the reception site for my wedding which is happening next weekend. At first, the owner of Chantille's seemed willing to do anything to make the situation better, and worked out a deal with the Racquet Club in the top floor of Kettering Tower to transfer my contracts, deposit and payments up there.

Now with time running out, Chantilles still has over $2000 of my money, which they were supposed to give to the Racquet Club, and the owner of Chantilles isn't returning phone calls. I fear that only further legal pursuit will possibly get that money back. Any others out there in similar situation?
