Kerry is not qualified to be Defense secretary or Sec'y of State. Neither is Susan Rice. Both will be disastrous.

Romney wasn't qualified?! Romney had more qualifications for the presidency when he ran than Obama did four years ago.
It is governorships that prepare candidates for the presidency, the running of an entire state.
The Senate prepares a candidate for nothing much, since the job itself requires nothing more than appearing on the Senate floor and voting "present", as Obama did.

The Cold War is over. Get over it. We can not afford the Empire or wars any more. Russia is a dominant European power as it has always been. We do not care about what is fair over there.
