Police arrest five in catalytic converter thefts

We want to get these people prior to these acts. The law enforcement community is a lot more aware, and we are definitely on the lookout. Five people have been arrested in two separate catalytic converter thefts, and Raleigh County sheriff's detectives say police are working to combat a "nightly" crime. via Register-herald.com
