Copper King Mining and Western Utah Copper

I visited the Mill on Feb 1, 2009 With a friend named Bob. After seeing the mill and office on two different tours, hearing the conflicting stories from Cress Lorenzo the guard and from Mark Dotson, I posted a post (POST 1837) which caused a lot of feedback.

Even Gavin Wenzel called my friend Bob to complain about my post where I stated that

"Lots of work on site but not ready for anytype of start-up".

I stand by that statement to this day. COPPER KING Mining is not ready for a start-up of any kind at this time 1 1/2 Months after I made my first statement.

Copper King also stated in an earlier release: Production is expected to start June 1, 2007. Yes that is June 1, 2007. Did I miss that start-up also. How about all the other production dates I missed.

Copper King is listed on company paperwork as: "Copper King Mining Corporation ("CPRK") is a publicly held Utah Corporation" Can anyone show the stockholders any paperwork on this Utah corporation. Copper King is a Navada corporation. Western Utah Copper is a Utah Corporation however Can anyone explain how this ownership works in a way that a jury can understand

I would like someone to explain how Western Utah Copper can own all the assets and Copper King, owns 100% of Western Utah Copper. If Copper King owns 100% of Western Utah Copper, Copper King should own Western Utah Copper assets well.

I called the state corporation commission and found out that Western Utah Copper still has 95 million shares of stock and they have not been converted to Copper King stock as Western Utah Copper have stated. I would also think that it would be very important to stockholders, as well as everyone else to know that if Copper King does own Western Utah Copper, that Copper King signs be posted on the property and not western Utah Copper. Is this just a show place and when Pure Nickel comes for a tour is this site called Pure Nickel Mining.

iluvcopper posted a post (Post 1850) stating his Lies about all the bad things we did. Of course Iluvcopper did not have any idea about anything he was posting. He was not there and he completely lied about filing a report with the sheriffs office. All of these lies were to make investors believe we were the crooks and the pump and dumpers
were the good guys.

cuprite posted a post (Post 1862) stating again that everything we did was wrong. Now today can Cuprite look a judge in the face and make the statements he made in post 1862 with any proof to back him up? How many lies are stockholders going to listen to before they see the light.

Cuprite posted a post (Post 1942) I was asked the following questions.
You're not going to make a written transcript of your recording, are you DG? You're not going to give it to the SEC or anything, are you? You wouldn't do that, would you? That stuff won't be made public, will it? Come on, have a heart. Are you going to do anything like that before you sell or buy CPRK shares? Are you? And, what about Bob?
What does Bob think about all of this?

My Answer: I am going to do whatever it takes to let the stockholders know what I have learned about the operation and structure of CPRK and Western Utah Copper.

My answer is the same today I know the truth about what CPRK and Western Utah Copper are doing. I know why they raised the A/S to 3 Billion, I know the pump and dump plans and the plans of not brining the mill into production after selling the new 500M shares. There is even talk now about doing a reverse stock split before takeing the
stock to 0.

I know a lots of insiders stand to make lots of money by keeping the stockholders in the dark as to what the company is doing. I also know lots of stockholders that stand to loose lots of money when the CPRK stock goes to $0. Western Utah Copper comes out as another private company under another name.

Is that why the web site has been down so long. A web site is not hard to put up and you can be under construction while it is still up. The Web site Lies are just that Lies. I have many web sites up and running and I make changes and the user never knows I am working in the back ground.

Look back and read the different post over the last couple of years and see how many times you have been told this or that is going to happen next week and I would not want to be caught without more stock. How many times have you been told that the poster is going to buy more soon or the poster tell you that they have just bought a truck load.
How many lies can you take before you catch on to the pattern the pump and dumpers use to try to get you to buy more stock. When the game comes to the end your stock will be worthless and you will not be able to find anyone that evens remember CPRK or Western Utah copper as they change their names overnight.

Remember Copper King was a Radio Station before it became a Copper expert.

A Company called Pure Nickel in Canada claims ownership of Copper King and states in their company filings that Pure Nickel's Copper King Milford property in Utah is approximately 2,830 hectares. Did you know that Pure Nickel owned Copper King also or will Pure Nickel be the next name for Western Utah Copper?

Hiring a mining developement company would have been the smart thing to do,Copper King - Western Utah Copper would have been making money! The first thing should have been done was to figure out the costs to produce 1 ounce per ton! The developement starts with that and make a plan with that to make money!No it is'nt easy getting a mining operation off the ground, but you need qualified people to do that! The qualified underground engineer made the comment that he knows first hand that Barrick and Newmont properties only produce visible gold and that microscopic is not produced! The people are not working and getting paid! and the company owes in the thousands to local small buisness who are now paying the price for carrying a credit acct. in hopes of bring the industry up and running in there small comunity! you want to know what went wrong talk to a mining developer! It does'nt take six years to devope a mining opperation!

As far as bringing jobs to American people alot of your employees are not working and small buisnesses are paying the price for holding credit accounts in the thousands with the hope of bringing jobs to and industry to there small community! No its not easy getting a mining opperation off the ground, Thats why most successful mining companies hire in a mining developement company to get them up and running! and successful mining companies hire qualified people to work for them.It does'nt take 6 years to get a mining opperation off the ground! Most people working for the company have no experience in metal mining. You get what you pay for and sadly enough investers, comunity and small buissiness are paying the price for the poor management of this opperation. Even if the mill is up and running if you figure what it costs to produce one ounce per ton, The mill is not big enough to produce what it will take to pay the overhead and make money!I see no future the way this opperation is going to get off the ground! As far as the stock goes Western Utah copper sold the mining rights to Copper King but in the agreement was for Western Utah coppr to still hold ownership to the stock thats why it was not converted to Copper KIng!
