For God's sake, Monaca is not Pittsburgh and we should be thankful that it isn't. When will the world wake up and see that Pittsburgh is a little city that has chased it's wealth and taxpaying citizens out to the suburbs and quit taking credit for the things that go on around it. At one time Pittsburgh had 750,000 population, was third in world corporate headquarters and was the manufacturing center of the world. But, no more! 80 years of Democratic leadership has turned it into 260,000 people, no manufacturing, and tax free or government run operations only. The whole thing's a sham. If Shell comes to the region, it'll be besieged by Pittsburgh's Greenies with their pollution crap and Democrats looking for a handouts to feed their voters.
Shell would be wise to craft their contracts very carefully before Billy and Fitz make a run at them.
