After 6 years of watching the Democratic Party and President Obama I will not vote for another democrat until either the Democratic Party cleans there ranks of open communist, socialist, anarchist who systematically work to destroy our Bill of Rights, Constitution and our freedom of religion, their open war on traditional family structure, their open war against Christians and the mere mention of GOD.

No matter how far out Obama's agenda is doesn't matter to the elites of the Democratic Party they all march lock step to his bidding and frankly Obama is flat out wrong in domestic and foreign policies. NO if ands or buts.

While I'm not a huge fan of Mary Fallin she has stood up to Obama and his federal over reach.

Jan is a fricking idiot.---needs to do the research on Mary Failin.

The quakes alone caused by fracking should be enough reason to vote No on Failin.

Yes Koch Bros are wealthy and they are fiscal conservatives but they also give millions to charity don't they, like entire hospital wings dedicated to the treatment of cancer paid for by the Koch Bros. money or millions given to the UNF colleges to pay for scholarships to the Black community. But the DNC refuses to tell the truth instead they demonize the Koch Bros.

What about Warren Buffett? He is a billionaire who supports the DNC and he also financed Burger King's move to Canada to save BK from paying millions of dollars additional taxes BK would have paid to the US. Or didn't you know that happened? Warren Buffett also makes millions from his investment in Oil transport hauling Canadian oil on the railhead which is much more dangerous to the environment than transporting oil via the pipeline like the proposed Keystone Pipeline XL a pipeline that would give Americans thousands of good paying jobs?

Or Tom Steyer a billionaire who is a big DNC supporter who made his billions with Indonesian coal and oil but is invested in the competitor to Keystone so he publicly stated that if Obama killed Keystone Pipeline he would give the DNC 100 million dollars and Obama stopped Keystone. Making Tom Steyer millions in profits.

Did you not know these things? They are hurting American jobs and America's tax base and it's being done by billionaires who are supporters of the DNC and Obama is helping them do it. It's time we democrats start admitting what is going on and do something to fix it.

Inquiry sought into whether Fallin violated federal and state laws after PSA's aired

Did Gov. Mary Fallin violate ethics laws?

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Two law enforcement agencies have been asked to determine if Gov. Mary Fallin violated the Federal Communications Act and state ethics laws based on public service announcements that were broadcast on at least two Oklahoma City television stations.

Bob Troester, spokesman for U.S. Attorney’s Office in Oklahoma City, confirmed that U.S. Attorney Stanford Coats has been requested to conduct an inquiry into the matter. Troester said he could not disclose if the issue is currently under investigation or what agency might handle the probe.

“We’ll evaluate it like we do for all of the requests that come in,” the spokesman said.“We don’t comment beyond that.”

Officials with the Oklahoma Democratic Party filed the requests with the U.S. Attorney’s office and Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater. Prater could not be reached for comment. Fallin will face Democratic gubernatorial candidate Joe Dorman, of Rush Springs, in the Nov. 6 general election.

The controversy started Aug. 6 and Aug. 10 when two different public service announcements were broadcast by at least two Oklahoma City television stations KSBI (Ch. 52) and FOX (Ch. 25). Fallin, who is seeking re-election, appeared in both PSAs, one of which focused on tornadoes and the other on foster children.

State Democratic Party Chairman Wallace Collins said he wants to know if Fallin or members of her staff used state resources with the “creation and dissemination of these PSAs in order to willfully subvert the Federal Communications Act and Oklahoma Ethics laws.”

“An elected official is not supposed to use tax dollars to help with their campaigns. If she (Fallin) did, it is illegal,” Collins said.

Federal Communications Commission regulations prohibit television stations from discriminating between candidates or giving preference to one candidate over another. The FCC rules also restrict television and radio stations from making broadcast agreements with one candidate to the exclusion of the other candidate(s).

Trav Robertson, executive director for the Oklahoma Democratic Party, said the truth will be made public only if the U.S. Attorney’s Office and DA Prater conduct official inquiries.

“It’s the only route we can take at this point,” Robertson said.“We want to see the documentation and we want to know who scheduled the PSAs. The Ethics Commission doesn’t take complaints during the election cycle. We hope to get a timely response. Not knowing is unfair to Oklahoma voters who expect a fair and transparent election.”

Receiving free publicity through public service announcements is an unfair advantage at this point in the gubernatorial campaign, Robertson said.

“If her (Fallin’s) campaign benefitted any way and it was not disclosed, it’s a clear violation of ethics laws,” he said.

Governor responds

However, Fallin spokesman Alex Weintz said the Democratic Party’s allegations of misconduct “make no sense.”

“The governor films lots of PSAs. Some are for governmental purposes and others are not,” he said.“If we can film, we do it. The governor thinks that’s part of her job.”

Weintz said Fallin filmed the foster children PSA in 2012. He did not say when the tornado preparedness PSA was taped.

The broadcast of PSAs falls under the purview of television stations, not the governor’s office, Weintz said.

“I assume TV stations won’t run it (PSA) 60 days outside a general election, but that’s not something we control. There is no way Gov. Fallin could violate state ethics laws by filming PSAs,” the spokesman said.“These charges are hogwash and politically motivated.”

However, Robertson doesn’t buy the governor’s argument that neither she nor her staff knew the PSAs would be broadcast.

“Excuse me if I’m having trouble taking Alex’s word,” he said.“So, the stations accidentally forgot to take the PSAs off the air? Yeah, right. We want to know and the public deserves to know if the governor or someone on her campaign knew about this. Was there collusion or conspiracy? We want to look at the communications between her staff members.”

KSBI President Vince Orza, who twice ran unsuccessful gubernatorial campaigns – once as a Republican in 1990 and again in 2002 as a Democrat – was unavailable for comment Friday. FOX 25 General Manager John Rossi did not return a phone call for comment.

Maybe Perry of Texas, Walker of Wisconsin, and Fallin can form their own political party, or at least pool their legal defense teams.

Fewer African Americans say blacks and whites get along well today than felt that way in 2009, according to a new Pew Research Center/USA Today poll. From 2007 to 2009, the number of black respondents who said blacks and whites get along “very well” or “pretty well” increased seven percentage points, to 76 percent. But since 2009, the share of black respondents who had a positive view of race relations has dropped twelve points, to 64 percent. Similarly, white respondents who thought blacks and whites got along well increased three percentage points from 2007 to 2009, but decreased five percentage points from 2009 to 2014.

The poll also found that 70 percent of black respondents thought police did a poor job of treating racial and ethnic groups equally, while just 25 percent of whites say they do a bad job. Democrats were more critical of police performance than Republicans, and but Pew found that much of the discrepancy could be attributed to the views of African-American Democrats.
----------

Thanks Obama for turning back the clock to 60's riots and clashes based solely on race wiping out over 50 years of progress. Obama has wiped out over 37 years in progress in job participation in this country. Obama is the president who oversees the largest exodus of American based businesses to a foreign country the most recent Burger King's headquarters move to Canada financed by close ally and Democratic supporter Warren Buffett. Taxes are higher, cost of living is off the charts if you figure, energy, food, and housing cost in COL (but the feds don't include those cost in their percentages...lying little shits aren't they?). Healthcare cost for those of us who pay for our entire premium have skyrocketed. Our southern border is overflowing with invaders who are diseased with many criminals flooding our communities. ISIL is now the #1 terrorist organization well financed from stolen loot, well trained and better equipped it joins other groups like AQ and Hamas in it's evil quest to overtake the world in a Islamic Caliphate. Death to infidels.

Thanks Obama for destroying America domestically and destroying all the alliances with foreign countries that took decades to build. A 'enemy of the state' couldn't have been more successful than you have been and we can thank the Democratic Party and the democrats for backing you all the way!

Btw, good luck on the 'green' sir I hope you saw 'improvement' in your game because there's no improvement to see anywhere else!
