Part of a letter I sent this email to the Beaver County District Attorneys office and the State Attorney General on Feb 22. You can see the entire letter and documents at https://www.facebook.com/savesaintmarys
Researching the matter of the city of Beaver Falls Pa, the Beaver Falls Plaza limited partnership and the Catholic Church I ran across other documents that have me, to say the least, perplexed. I found what I considered to be an inordinate amount of real estate transactions between Beaver County, the City of Beaver Falls and another organization in Beaver Falls. This other Corporation is called the Beaver Falls Youth Network Incorporated. They are a non-profit and also known as and doing business as Tiger Pause. What they dont tell people is that they are a ministry who is in the housing business.
The next I looked at was again a large parcel that combined 5 lots that was then sold to BEAVER FALLS YOUTH NETWORK, INC., t/d/b/a TIGER PAUSE YOUTH MINISTRY, a housing corporation, not for profit for the sum of $1.00. I didn't do the exact count but in all, there are at least 30 + more sales involving the Beaver Falls Youth Network Inc. AKA Tiger Pause by the City and by the Beaver County Initiative for Growth for that same sum of $1.00 . There are also numerous other sales that are listed as private sales that were for $1.00 that were actually sold for that sum to settle back taxes. In at least once case it was sold by the Youth Network to a private party before they had bought it for $1.00. There are also more similar property sales that are not included below. Those are listed as sales to or by those owned by Tiger Pause.
This is more on that one sale referenced in the previous paragraph. Im telling you such a deal. The Beaver Falls Youth Network AKA Tiger Pause sells a property to Melissa Foley for $25,000.00. That sale is recorded as taking place on March 9, 2008 which was before the property was sold to the Youth Network / Tiger Pause for $1.00 on March 12, 2008.
Beaver Falls is not the same city as when I grew up there. However I have friends and family still there who would like to know how to take advantage of all those great $1.00 sales deals to buy homes and properties for $1.00 and on top of that not even have to pay taxes on them since this Youth Network AKA Tiger Pause is a non-profit and tax exempt. I am obviously being facetious but the more I learn, with the research I have done, the more obvious it becomes that things are way out of whack in my hometown and its no wonder why Beaver Falls is the way it is today.
What is really happening in Beaver Falls. It just seems like everything I look at leaves me with more questions and fewer answers. Clearly I do not agree that it was just an innocent coincidence in what happened with the city, the Beaver Falls Plaza limited partnership and Catholic Church with its intended demolishment of the former St. Marys church building.
The city and county governments get involved in religious organizations of their choosing. I would like to know what happened to our United States Constitution in the separation of church and state and how is it that this obviously religious entity known as Tiger Pause can get such preferential treatment while the City, County and State governments say there is nothing they can do to help the residents of Beaver Falls deal with the lies and deceit forced upon them at the hands of the Catholic Church and local government officials?
Let me be more direct in what I am saying here. Someone who serves to protect citizens from abuse and fraud needs to take a serious look into what is going in Beaver Falls and in Beaver County. If that is not the Beaver County District Attorney then please advise me who this needs to go to.

The fault of the loss of Catholic Churches in BF is "the former pastor "
With a degree in finance he first sold 1 church that if I had known I would have paid cash for....but as soon as announced it weas a done deal.
Next was negligence on the 2nd church property causing its closure
Now the 3rd church is being phased out in favor of the rich suburbanites
People in town have no buses, no way to get to Chippewa......yet, those in Chippewa ALL have cars and could come to town for services.
So I guess the catholic God prefers only the wealthier and no longer "leaves the 100 sheep to find that 1 who is lost"

His Holiness, Pope Francis
00120 Vatican City
It is my hope that this letter comes before your eyes, His Holiness Pope Francis. What is not said below is how very devastated life is in downtown Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania? With its many boarded up store fronts, crime, drug problems and the elderly, the economy of Beaver Falls Pa has never recovered from the downfall experienced in the Steel Industry then exacerbated by the economic downfall in our country. We had three Catholic Churches in Downtown Beaver Falls when I grew up. St. Marys Church, the Divine Mercy Parish was the last remaining in the city. It has been closed by what folks in the city consider to be the Catholic Clergy who came into the city with one purpose. That was to lead the sheep to their slaughter. Now, they have not only closed and left the city without a Catholic Church presence. They moved to the most affluent part of suburbia many miles from downtown. The Church now intends to destroy the Church which is a landmark in the history of my hometown.
I have been working with my hometown community to prevent that. In doing this work for the folks of my hometown I followed what you Pope Francis has said about the church and how very different your thinking is. This is particularly true when I read about your humbleness in your action and the words you speak when talking about the poor and engagement of others who are different than us. Downtown Beaver Falls is exactly where the church is needed most. It has the poor, the elderly; crime and addiction problems. They are those in most need of help, the poor, the elderly who are home bound with no transportation and no Catholic Church. The People of downtown Beaver Falls are those most in need of anyplace in Beaver County. What the church has done is to remove any existence of the Catholic Church in downtown Beaver Falls and now as if that is not enough for reasons known only to themselves they wish to demolish the 150 year old church that was built at the same time the city was founded. Does the church tend to those in most need of help in Beaver Falls? No, Instead they close all the churches in downtown and several others nearby, to move to the most affluent and prestigious area in Beaver Falls, Chippewa Township. Holy Father that is just a very sad statement and such disregard for those in need who had given the most of all, to build the Catholic Church and with it beginnings in downtown Beaver Falls which began back in the late 1860s.
Holy Father, I seek your wisdom and intervention to reverse this travesty and provide relief and aid to those who are now left to wonder aimlessly in the Divine Mercy Parish of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.
