Horicon police officer rebuked for alleged violations

The Horicon PD hasn't been the same since Glamann retired and all of the good cops either retired or left.

Its sad to see this happen. What did he do? Is it another cop thats to young for responsibility?

They have a pathetic administration here! Used to be a great department. Went downhill when the new chief took over.
