15 months for a child to see a psychiatrist is unacceptable care. the state and local counties school systems should be sued over the issue. mental health is important to the well being of future citizens and parents should not be held accountable if the medical profession does not feel it medical emergency. Wisconsin at one time when i was a child was better equipt for a childs mental issues. Wisconsin is in crisis. The AMA should make a mandate that all doctors should start treating all children before it becomes a court issue. These children are at risk and families are at risk at the same time. Dodge, and Columbia Counties and the City of Beaver Dam should be sued for allowing this mental crisis to occur.
