someone that still works there told me once that if i ever wanted to file against her, that that person would back me up. i quit and let it go. but i think that the person that she got fired over was african american. so sad when people act ignorant...(just to clarify, the manager was acting ignorant)

I'm pretty sure age didn't deserve it thank you she was the best boss ever you just have to take her with a grain of salt. Now it's falling apart because she's not there . I don't understand why people want to drag her name in the ground she is funny and sweet. Maybe if she didn't like you there was a good reason. So get over it and if your gonna talk bad about someone use ur freaking name and don't hide behind some stupid fake name.

Tracy fired an employee for excessive call ins, if your going to have a job you have to do YOUR JOB not call in every day. The girl she fired was an African American, that called her co workers white crackers all the time. She also didn't even say Tracy had discriminated against her unltill after Tracy fired her. Which means she was mad she got fired and wanted to fire Tracy so she used the color of her skin to her advantage, Tracy has black friends and different races in her family she has nothing against black people or she wouldn't have hired her in the first place. Tracy knew how to run the that place, yess it did go down hill when Tracy took a leave for awhile and she was working hard to make it better. I love Tracy to death. She taught me a lot, and that's one thing the girl that got her fired cant take away. However the girl that got her fired wasn't successful in ruining her life not even financially, Tracy has better things ahead of her and is doing great.

I agree with u. It's a bunch of crap that she called in all the time and still expect to keep her job. I would go in and eat there a lot and get poor service wen she was my waitress bc she had her friends in there hanging out why she worked and her girlfriend. Glad shes gone but won't be back bc tracey was great to us!!! And her brain has to be fried u could tell she was on something when she was waiting on us!!

I don't know why everybody says its falling apart I can go in there and hang out for hours buy some food and just chill. But I heard that since the new manager is being transferred that there is a big ole bitch coming in. Fill sry for em I love all my homies at Denny's.

i can see why you can hang out for hours because it takes them that long to get your food to you that place it slow i order a drink & nachos & they took over half an hour to get it fix & they wasn't busy either they need some one in there that can manage the place & get people moving in there they just want to stand around & talk

If your server is standing around "talking" it probably because your order isn't ready servers always get the bad end of the deal. People need to understand cooks make the food servers serve it to you, just like anywhere else there are better servers than other ones. Serving is a harder job than you may think, they deal with people's money & food the two things people care about most so they hear a lot of shit from people all day even though they run their legs off for them.
Servers are there to try to make money they don't even make minimum wage and when people run them down and they are doing there best it upsets them very badly. So you get a job at Denny's wait on about 8 tables seat people at the door cash people out run orders make dessert make salads for your tables and keep everyone's drinks full and make sure they stay happy.
