The man must not of had the money with him. Maybe this deputy wants the sheriffs job? I'm sure anyone in that position would make a better sheriff. Someone needs to clean that office up.

Oh he had money. He posted $10,000 or 10% of $100,000. Wonder if he will show up for his court date?
