Motel maid discovers meth

Pascagoula police arrested three men on charges of possession with the intent to distribute meth Sunday after the discovery of 24.5 grams of meth in a room the men had rented at the U.S. 90 Kings Inn Motel. via The South Mississippi Sun Herald

These guys are not from the coast... we do NOT need to allow anyone to bring drugs to our cities and counties.

I work at a hotel and unfortunately things like this happen more than most people would think. We even had a guest call down one night asking for REAL spoons, as if no one knows what that's for.

OH my gosh short_b. I know that the Econo Lodge in Moss Point has a reputation for things like that but I don't know if any of it has been caught. I am sick of worrying my sisters (my children are still toddlers) are going to end up on drugs because they are so easily available it seems. Don't get me wrong - I would not absolve my sisters of any wrong-doing I am just saying that if it was hard to get ahold of drugs fewer people would be hooked.

Usually its paraphenalia(sp?) and the junkies hide their stuff in the strangest places. A toddler found some needles wrapped in a wash cloth up under the sink one time. Of course, they didn't have to pay for their room.

So did you call the police? Or did you just let them get away with it maybe more community envolvement would deter and stop this drug abuse!

I think if more people took a stand and stopped being afraid to say something then we the people could put a stop to all these drugs. More people than not are afraid of telling on their neighbors so to speak.
