In spite of the courts, companies are not people. People are people and people own, manage and run companies, corporations, associations, agencies, etc. Companies tend to take on the persona of those who are in charge. Therefore, it is important what people who own, run and mange companies, etc. believe and practice morally, civilly and socially. If companies do not somewhat parallel my views of morality, civility and culture, I feel no compunction to patronize their establishment or experience their services because in doing so, my resources will be converted to their resources which will in turn promote the very activities, mores and society to which I am opposed. This is a Biblical position.
That being said, I no longer shop JCP, Target and Home Depot. Neither can I support the Democratic Party nor any politician who supports abortion and the homosexual agenda. Not only because of the Biblical issues, but both of these positions of abortion and gay rights are diametrically opposed to business climate, specifically because these positions -- in absolute practice -- destroy what makes business prosper: customers! Math and science concludes that one generation of a total gay and lesbianism society results in zero population and absolute extinction! How can anyone be for that?
