Stay away from Beaumont, Port Arthur and Vidor really rude people in those towns I would say move to League City, Kemah or Webster. If you have to live in the Golden Triangle then move to Lumberton.

my exprinces with Lumberton have not been warm and welcoming. Port Arthur people are nice but the crime rate is a bit high for me. I have not found "rude" people in Vidor. maybe it is who you have associated with.

China and Fannett seem like a nice place too. Fannett has A LOT of mosqitos and China is always having boil notices going on. same for Nome.

I been in beaumont a very good while! It is a great place to live. I am a single female in a one bedroom apartment I like to charge for the visitors that come in and out my apartment, my rent is to high to not to charge people to is in and out my apt the light bill no one to help or offer help I can let anyone and everyone in the jokes of no help is really funny to other people but I don't see anything to smile about.
So please look into some rates on what to charge when entering other peoples dwelling places thank you!!
