Adult Business Bust Begs the Question - What is Obscene?

The stores included in Wednesday's raid were "Bare Necessities", "Krazy Kats", and "Sunrise Records". Beaumont police say they took over two thousand items they thought to be obscene from the stores yesterday.

Personally I feel that in this day and age if somebody wants to buy a "marital aid" we should be able to go into a store and buy them.
I do not understand how some judge gets to decide what I can or cannot buy. You will sell a gun to anybody but dear God...don't buy a dildo!

if you don't like it stay out, change the channel or leave. Nobody is forceing people to go into an "ADULT" bookstore.
oh well I guess they have to spend tax money on something outher than fixing roads, improveing schools, and bringing industry to this area don't they.
