This is why it's never a good idea to drive an off-road vehicle on the street.

My understanding was it was street legal and he drove it all the time around town. It also was stated elsewhere that he was no at fault. Initial newspaper reports are notoriously inaccurate and often based on hearsay. Regardless, it is a tragedy for his friends and family.

Why then would it be described in the Newspaper as "an off-road vehicle crash" ?

Who's right?

The Newspaper, with a reputation to maintain?

Or some guy on the internet?

How about some documentation to back up your claim.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Pisces

Mercury's retro phase in Capricorn will raise questions in your mind about a friend or loved one during the next two weeks. You might wonder what they're playing at and have to ask them to be straight with you, or you could work hard at overcoming the current problems between you so you're able to enter a much more positive phase in your relationship.
