99.9999999 of the whole human race cannot stand him because he is downright mean ..... Behavior that is foreign and uncalled for in a police officer.

He has no compassion or understanding and looks for the worst from JUMP.

He is one of a kind. I do not know any other officers in the tri-town area who are cold hearted and devious like him. He will SET YOUR KID UP!!!

I leave you with these words: Bide Your Time, Every Shithead Gets Theirs and God Does Not Like Ugly.

Thanks for the advice! I had a son that was in alot of trouble years ago. He was hard on my son! Yes but he also helped my son to straighten out. Sometimes you dont know how to take him, I totally agree. I have to say, if he didn't help me, who knows where my son would be today.

great that he helped you son. as you said, you son needed the help. some kids are not in that position until charlie tries to put them there. he is always looking for the slightest infraction, perceivable wrong move (by him) of our children. what's worse is that he is a LABELER. once he labels your kid (or an adult for that matter) he will persecute that person until they grow up or leave town. i am sorry but the proof is in .... charlie is a mean, vindictive, self-serving individual. when he retires (unless he really goes over the line and gets fired) there will be a parade down main street.

I do not agree with you! My son was also in trouble many years ago on and off. He never labeled my son. When my son comes home for holidays with our family. Charlie is usually on duty. He pulls in our driveway and always says hello and has always wished him the best. Maybe you and your kid feel like you are being labeled. I would hate to see him lose his job! We have always had a good police force in Stanhope. Please don't knock them down! You would probably feel that way in any other town if u moved away!

Good for you. You just happen to have a positive experience with him. Not all children are that lucky. I read the other post. I don't think they are knocking down the entire police force. Just one person in particular.

This guy is a ticking time bomb and has serious mental issues that he brings to the job daily !! He will LOOK for anything or anyone that allows him to throw his weight and badge around and he even gets nasty with the parents!! He does not belong in this area doing what he's doing. This is small town policing with pretty laid back and considerate police that try to do right by the peole who pay their salaries. His huge inflated ego does not belong here!! But that s the kind of badge, revolver weilding cop you get when he has childhood issues and is trying to re-live his puny and inferior highschool days and turn it into a "im gonna kick anyone's butt" to get back at whoever didn't treat me right!!
He has enough bagagge to pack enough clothes in to travel for a year straight without repeating an outfit!!
