he is better than that one guy that they were going to hire that got drunk in beatyville and got caught using the bathroom on mainstreet and told the police he was a city cop from booneville

You know what Bigg...that guy you are talking about...I know him...and I hardly think that this is true. If this actually happened..why did the officer not take him to jail? I saw the incident report sent to the city of Booneville and it looked like something my three year old son would have written. Words were misspelled, and incomplete sentences ruled the whole document. I am not even kidding, it looked like an elementary school age kid that had written the narrative. It wasnt on main street in beattyville it was way outside of town. Sure he probably should not have relieved himself on the roadside...but how many of us have never done that atleast once in our lives? I think we may need to start cleaning out our own closets before we look at the shortcomings of our neighbors. Judge not as you may be judged...he has been involved in public service in Owsley County for about six or seven years...so dont judge what you do not know. Im sure every law enforcement officer on earth has been drunk once and had to piss once. Big deal!!Who cares!!!I am guilty as charged...take my birthday!

I know James Howard, and wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire. He done someone I know wrong, & let these "little girls" rule the county. This person started to press charges on his ass and should have. He is a prick & know it all.
