Tribal Share Holders please heed this warning before it is too late!!!!!!!!!!
The GM when hired well over a year ago was told by EDC and KBOD that the casino is top heavy in upper management and to eliminate some of those positions. The GM has not done this.
Several months ago some of the KBOD members recognized that the CM position was a cost the casino did not need, KBOD voted on and approved The removal of the CM position.
GM has not done this and does not plan on doing this.
The GM to date has not nor plans to eliminate any upper manager positions. The GM protects the upper managers some of which should have been laid off or fired long ago.
So far all the GM has done is laid off or fired front line employees(the little guys).
The GM is now in the process of working a deal with GRC to keep protecting the upper managers.
The deal the GM wants will throw the door wide open and make it easy for corruption, collusion and the loss of protecting the casinos assets.
There is a reason why there is a separation of duties and that is to protect the casino, its assets and the Klamath Tribal Share Holders
Our Tribal Chairman and our elected council members needs to step up and protect the Klamath Tribal Share Holders from corruption by putting a stop to what the GM is trying to pass with GRC.
Both KBOD and EDC are falling down in their job of protecting the Klamath Tribal Share Holder by condoning the actions of the GM.
If KBOD & EDC won't step up and start protecting the Klamath Tribal Share Holders than it's time to have Tribal Council remove them and appoint new KBOD and EDC Members.
If any of this concerns you I urge you to call the Klamath Tribal Chairman and Tribal Council members and voice your concerns. I have and will continue to do so but I am only one.

Is it true that the Upper management at casino got a 10% RAISE. Was this a bonus? Has the renovation of the lounge been paid for yet? All the waitress do is sit and eat or visit with their boyfriends waiting for their non-existant customers.Just wonder if the per cap is going to be 10% higher this year if at all what with the expendure of casino funds on worthless people?

Mismanagement maybe an understatement it seams like there is no management from what I understand. I would be ashamed of myself if I was on the Tribal Council for not addressing this issue.

If they did get a 10% raise the GM and her upper managers are keeping it a secert.
Nothing new cutting deals and protecting each other to rip off the Tribal Members to line their own pockets.
The lounge is a prime example of upper mismanagement that goes on through out the casino.
I heard they had to dumb up a job description to promote and give a raise to one employee who happens to be the wife of an EDC Member.

Don't you know just some of qualifications of the upper managers are
Drug addict
Alcoholic
Posting your naked ass and sexual life style all over the internet
Too dumb to pass a GED test
Go in late and leave early
Only work Monday through Friday, don't put in any time after hours
Pay their employees over time instead of coming in, understanding that's why they get paid the big bucks
Be gone more than your there to continue to draw 100% wages
Making sure the GM protects you, by out smarting the GM or carry a tube of chap stick at all times

Whether I'm GM or not what benefits have you gotten from being a shareholder?
We would have been better off putting all our money In the stock market with legitimate dividend paying companies and made more money than Klamoya! Yes you should fire me and all upper management! It's safer than waiting for the Tribal council to protect you! Check how much money they've gotten from D&I casino funds and tell me if they'll protect you!!

We all know the GM,Upper Management KBOD, EDC, GRC or Tribal Council have no interest in protecting the share holders and the share holders have not benefited. Yes you and the upper management should be fired right along with GRC.
KBOD, EDC, Tribal Council, and D&I Members also should be removed. That is the point. It is time for the people to start getting mad, stand up and be heard. Show up at the general council meetings make and pass motions to stop these aholes, show them if there are not going to protect the Tribal Members the Tribal Member will step up and take of business. We should have a capable GM. According to our compact we have to have a CSM (casino shift manager) on duty @work at all times. Get rid of EVERY other manager as there is a supervisor on each shift. The shift supervisor would report to the CSM on duty. This one change would save the tribe about 450,000. HOW SIMPLE IS THAT? We have way too many managers making way too much money. Why is eliminating them not an option. I am there! I watch it! I cannot figure out WHY?

Whatever happened to the ad hoc committee on GRC? Why did that fizzle out & go by the wayside? So much money could be saved right there. Anybody but me wonder what happened? There are so many ways to save money but ideas are never pursued therefore we just keep paying for nonsense. SO SAD FOR OUR TRIBE!

At first I thought "Are you really serious?" I realized that I was trying to think of ways to make Klamoya a real business & make per caps bigger. That WILL NEVER HAPPEN! Any monies made there would be so many people after it to better themselves tribal people would never benefit. We sadly have our own bunch of tribal bloodsuckers that would be up all night trying to figure out a way to get it. Actually, your statement was smarter logic than mine!!!!

Don't you recall when one of the soulless leeches who takes after the money leaves the casino said,(The Big Unit), said, when talking about the percentage break down in the Revenue Allocation! " Who said we had to pay the people first! " Even though the people are suppose to get 40% the largest distribution! It wasn't till after someone's interpretation of net excess into a self sufficiency fund, was the revenue allocation distributed in the percentage breakdown! Otherwise wouldn't you be getting a percapita regularly?
