I'm lucky enough to have acquired one of these. It's got a completely magical / enchanting sound to it, and I haven't touched any of my standard guitars, which is a pretty nice collection, over the last month since I got it. It sounds like a mandolin on steroids. Just play it and it will tell you what kind of music wants to come out of it. No learning curve since you're playing guitar chords, and it takes to open tunings beautifully. It seems to stay in tune much better than my standard 12 string, so the "12 string hell" hasn't really become apparent to me. Plugged it into my Ashdown acoustic resonator and played amped for the first time a week ago and my fiance came out saying "I'm SO glad you got that thing!" It looks and sounds absolutely beautiful. Regarding 12 strings in tight quarters, I'm a fingerstylist and I think it plays just fine!!!!!!

I'm curious how this got posted here, if anyone can tell me. Yes I definitely wrote this, it's got my city wrong, but I can't seem to find where my original reveiw went. I thought it was on Harmony Central. Anyone?
