Great move.
We have the St. Marks trail here in Tallahassee and it is 16 miles from Tallahassee to St. Marks. There are several points along the way where you can park and start your ride if you do not want to do the entire 32 miles.
It is more for recreation than commuting, but fantastic as far as canopy trees, and deer crossing back and forth in parts of the trail..
Speaking of nature, are the Gila monsters, or Iguanas, or whatever they are, still there along the El Rio trail?

Boca Raton is a peanut in the giant turd of South Florida. It looks OK, but it's really crap, just like everything around it.

The city has not made the same mistakes that Fort Lauderdale did.

It is a good place to work for me.

South Florida will be a great place again when we just get rid of "Peanut" brains like you, who are really the "turds" that give others the impression that this isn't a great place. Take your "crap" elsewhere, maybe crawl in a hole, and South Florida will be better off.

Now you're talking....after that finish it with a trail along the Fl East coast track rightaway to Delray beach and to W
PB...there is plenty of room for a nice trail along with the RR ...RR tracks and trails co-exist in the northeast why not here? The "Rails to Trails" national organization is very helpful on these issues.

In Denver they have Paved bike paths that you can commute from just about any suburb within 30 miles of downtown without even crossing car traffic. It's really an unbelieveable system.

This is a nice recreational trail, but there is NO WAY that a significant number of office workers are going to ride a bike to their office in the South Floirda heat & humidity. Similar to public transportation statistics, maybe 2% of the traffic on the roads will use this trail for purposes other than recreational use. Don't over-exaggerate the use of this recreational trail for the purpose of justifying more development in the city!

Do you really think that people will ride their bike in the Florida heat instead of riding in their air conditioned cars?--Get Real, it is not going to happen.

Yes, you'll get a couple of the moron brainwashed green people who will claim they love it. But most rational people who can think for themselves will use the A/C in their SUVs to drive right up to their office.

Your imagination is working well today and ready to take off on flights of fancy. Speaking of wavelengths, you could have a telepathic experience now that defies explanation.
