In the same period of time, how many car-car crashes are there? How many single car crashes are there?

Crashes happen. Cars need to slow down alot. Bikes need to follow the rules of the road. Speed limits need to be lowered substantially. Penalties for crashes need tobe increased dramitically.

Maybe it's not warm weather, maybe it's $4/gallon gas.
