Unfortunately the bike I purchased was put together like a department store bicycle. I fell off the bike because the front wheel was loose and the seatpost was loose. My husband was furious. We brought it to another shop and they found many things wrong with it.

Interested to know which bike it was. Please give us a call. Each bike we build is test ridden and we stand by the quality of our bikes. We also make sure to explain how quick release wheels work to every customer who buys a bicycle. If there is/was a problem please let us know.

Let me guess: To transport the bike the front wheel and seatpost had to be removed and then put back on by you? C'mon folks.

I've never had this happen from any bike shop, especially from Beacon Cycles. I've bought 2 bikes from them and had them service other bikes I haven't bought there, and have had nothing but top notch service and advice. You're a boob and obviously did something wrong, you're a danger to everyone else, stay away from me!
