Newburgh mayor suggests union givebacks for long-term financial stability

Valentine: "We need to negotiate ..." NEWBURGH Newburgh is the only city among itself and Kingston, Poughkeepsie, and Beacon that does not have a formal agreement with all of its unions that provides long-term financial stability for the city, Mayor Nicholas Valentine said.
