I was a loyal customer got introduced by my aunt to zenna 2 years ago really thought they were nice until a week ago when I said I didn't want a certain person doing my feet because from experience they were terrible and lately they been having new workers in there not to mention on 4 occasions I gave the new people a chance now Kevin the owner is always saying they good they good. Notttt!!! Anyway he initiated the dispute by catching an attitude he seemed like he was mad anyway to by his demeanor I'm like wow where is the loyalty to your long term customers feet nails not cheap i just wanted them done right I am the consumer when I said this Kevin he said he didn't care.
