My sincere condolances to Ethel's family.
So many wonderful memories of 'The Moose'
both the restaurant and Ethel were one of a kind.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to the friends and family of the late, great Ethel Telesca. I've known and loved Ms. Ethel since the first day that I met her, so many years ago. Now that her body and spirit have left this Earthly coil, I hereby affirm that Ethel and her magical 'Once Upon A Moose' will never be forgotten. She has met citizens of the world from all continents--and her work,standards and purposeful living were so much more important and meaningful than any other restaurant worldwide that I ever patronized. Once Upon A Moose was not merely ornamental--it was rich in cosmic portent!
Rest in eternal peace, my lovely, elegant friend. You are missed more than you could ever know...
