Talk about asses who smear peoples names... you seem to be quite good at that, Elaine.

You have plenty of experience.

You should watch yourself though... that experience just might turn around and bite you in your butt.

My oil is heating up.

Soon the piggies will be ready to fry... and fry they will.

He advertised a horse trailer as new floors and also said that it had been completely redone. ANyways he covered up the rotted floors and sides with rhino lining so it could not be seen. I put my horse in it and shortly afterwards checked my rearview mirror as I was on the hwy. The WHOLE side was bulging out! The horse almost fell out, which she would have been killed and more than likely would have caused me to wreck from the scare and shift in weight would have set the trailer off balance. I called him right away as it was just purchased, he said sold "as is" and wouldnt give me my money back, so now off to court I go.

Make your case.

Seems he presented a good case against you.

Doug, you can get in more trouble for the threat than you can for the deed. Silly but true. If you didn't do what he said SUE you won't get in near as much trouble.

Well, Rhino is a new floor. It's up to you to inspect it. You looked at it. Your judgement was poor. You get what you paid for; a used trailer. Good luck with that court thing. You are about to learn a civics lesson.

Please post your results here.

No, Rhino is not a new floor, merely a floor coating, kind of like when you paint the wall of your house. That doesn't mean you have a new wall, merely one that has been recoated.

Have you ever checked a trailer that was rhino lined? Most ppl are not that dishonest when safety is a factor.

You are the one with the lawsuit. It's up to you to post your results. Do you even know what "civics" means?

Before I would by any used or brand spanking new trailer, I would check it out top to bottom. It only makes sense from a safety point. For a horse trailer, only good treated oak for a wooden floor, anything else is not acceptable. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!

There you go. Sound reasoning. Use your eyes and your brain.
