I am dumbfounded how the law allows one child to have medicaid have me pay for private insurance as well because thats what the attorney general wants it to be. While the child I have at home does not have insurance because both his parents live with him. Why is one child more important than the other???

Some of them regulations child support has are ridiculous. Not right a the underaged child is living with her boyfriend and all sudden gets pregnant and mother still has right to collect child support. If these girls think they are old enough be acting like adults then old enough wise up and get a job. This is why some of these fathers that pay child support get so far into huge balance and never come out of a hole. I am just saying some of these rules and policies need to be remodified.
