If anyone out there knows the owner of the Golden Corral please inform him that he may need to check up on his manager there who they refer to as Mr. H. I had a real bad experience there tonight and I brought it to the managers attention and the one they call Mr. H was not real concerned how his "chef" treated and cursed a customer! yes I said Cursed and if I had not been so upset I would have found it humorous when I let the Spanish speaking idiot know that I too spoke Spanish!!
The manager Mike Sanchez tried to smooth things over and I highly respect him for his apologies BUT the other manager was a real ASS and it will be a long time before I visit that place again. I will go to I-10 before I go there again any time soon!! I would love to know who the owner is and how to get in contact with them!

I am talking about the one in Baytown. My husband and I have been going there since it opened and I have never had anyone there act in the manner that one of the "cooks"/"chefs " that cook the steak acted!!! I refuse to give hard earned money to an establishment that allows employees to treat their costumers that way. It will be a long time before I ever go there again...maybe never...I know i will not hurt their business but at least I will not be helping it either!

Wait, what? Why would you say something like that? I post under this name all the time. I didn't pick it to attack you. Anyways, of you post on Topix, give the location that your talking about. Deer Park, La Porte, and other surrounding local forums show up on ours. But back to your post. I once saw a German cockroach at the ice cream bar there a few years back. Didn't think much of it having worked as a server before. But now I understand how dirty a house you have to keep for those little guys to thrive and be confident enough to come out in the light. I've never really had bad service there, though. I'd definitely file an official complaint with corporate. That shouldn't be too hard to find on their website. That's usually what it takes to get some attention. Management can get complacent and it's up to the customers to keep them in line.

Here's the page to share your experience. It doesn't matter if our location is a franchise or not. They'll still get to hear your complaint. Just be honest, don't embellish, and be sure to add the manager's resolution of your complaint.
