Funny how California is still #1 in the US and not any other state within spiting distance.

That's startling discrimination against Republicans. EO's are constitutional, unless signed by a Republican? What idiot told you that and, do you really believe what you say?.
You spend a lot of time asking what punchlines mean, don'tcha shug?

You know.. to get to the other side of the road, etc?

I'm not the one who insists because Obama signs an Executive Order it must be unconstitutional.

I'm not the one threatening to sue Obama for issuing Executive Orders.

Not only is it his right to issue executive orders, George Bush issued close to twice as many.

Did Congress threaten to sue him?

Why not?

A member of the Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council is under fire for tweeting that America is "an Islamic country."

After a Twitter user asked Mohamed Elibiary on Thursday to "show me just ONE example of an Islamic country where non Muslims are treated with equality," he responded with the controversial tweet, which was first reported by the Washington Free Beacon: "America and yes I do consider the United States of America an Islamic country with an Islamically compliant constitution. Move On!"

The back-and-forth between Mr. Elibiary and the Twitter user, who identified himself as Tim Lee, started when Mr. Elibiary said the conservative perception of Islam needed to "evolve."

Washington Post, According to the Free Beacon, Mr. Elibiary has served on the department's "Countering Violent Extremist Working Group," as well as its "Faith-based Security and Communications Advisory Committee." He is also a strong supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Muslim Brotherhood? DHS Advisory Board.....geez!

The problem is the # of E.O. every president has used them some more than others but this president uses them as a single means of bypassing Congress which is unconstitutional so yeah it's about time someone let him know he still the head of the Executive Branch not the Legislation Branch of our 3 branch government. You probably don't even understand basic civics since that information seems to be missing from millennial(s) vocabulary.

That is what an executive order is.

Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution grants to the President the "executive Power."

He/she is the boss of the Federal government.

Just as he/she is the Commander in Chief.

This is as basic civics as you can get.

If you don't like an EO passed by the president, try to find Congress at work and override it.

I think you are lying. Prove me wrong by posting a link as to how many executive orders each one of these wanna be kings issued.

No, I didn't like Bush any more than I like Obozo the jug eared clown and for the same reasons. Abuse of power and a total disregard for the Constitution.

If Obozo the jug eared clown issued a decree for you to eat a sh!t sandwich every day, you would be stupid enough to do it. The DemoKratic Socialist party is nothing more than a cancer upon this society.

I don't have to prove you are wrong, shug.

You have to prove you are right.

The reason you cannot prove you are right is because you are wrong.

Do you need a link for that?

You made the statement so you back it up. I know you can't or won't back up anything you post. Everything from you is nothing more than intellectual dishonesty from a Saul Alinsky loving socialist government suck-butt.

I noticed.
I've been dealing with lying tea baggers from the first post.
It comes with the territory..
I've been a troll hunter for almost fifteen years. I can detect you Saul Alinsky disciples immediately. You're not here to have an honest debate. You are here to confuse, annoy and discourage conservatives or even moderate Democrats from even posting.

Guess what?. I'm camping out right here on Topix.
